Ink incident which cause many people scolding Robert.

I not very sure about this incident, i will just brieflysay what happen.
Robert was playing the ''pen'' gun, when he accidently/purposely shoot the pen ink up to the ceiling,
the fan hit it and the pen ink broke, the ink spalt on some pupil's table, shirt, OAS and floor.
Darrel's shirt got lots of ink dots, like dalmantion.
Mr Kok didnt scold Robert but wrote down the incident on a piece of paper.
Like I said I am not very sure what as happen as I sit so far away from the place where the incident happen. You want more information ask Rach to post.
